We are seeking SMT feedback on ACTION ITEM: 3 DAYS PER YEAR IN OTHER TEAMS
This program would allow staff across the organisation to request to work or observe another area of Council up to three times per year.
Staff would be required to identify the purpose of this placement, such as:
- Personal interest;
- Professional development; or
- To improve partnership with other teams.
The below survey aims to gain an understanding of each branch's requirements for this initiative, to ensure that staff are able to participate safely and with minimal impact to their own team as well as the team they are working with for the day.
