The Compliance & Enforcement Policy provides a structured framework for investigating and addressing unlawful activity across the local government area. Developed in alignment with the NSW Ombudsman’s Model Compliance and Enforcement Policy and Council’s Community Strategic Plan, it supports sustainable growth, environmental protection, and community wellbeing through fair, consistent, and proportionate regulatory action.
