Housing Density and Diversity Guide

We need your input to develop a Housing Density and Diversity Guide.

The Guide will determine the best approach to the design and delivery of housing density and diversity in the Camden Local Government Area (LGA). It will also help inform potential future amendments to planning controls.

We held an Industry Workshop in August 2023 which helped us get started and are seeking more detailed feedback regarding the opportunities and challenges you face in the delivery of medium density housing and housing diversity.
