Camden Youth

We are asking you to share your feedback on the Camden LGA's future through the Camden Youth Design Competition.

This page will host the design competition, including all resources needed to prepare and submit your design.

What is the Community Strategic Plan?

A Community Strategic Plan is like a big plan for how a town or city, wants to grow and improve. Imagine your community is working together to decide on fun places to play, safe paths to walk or bike, and clean parks. This plan includes ideas from everyone who lives there, including kids, parents, teachers, and local leaders.

This plan is around for 10 years, meaning you will grow a lot older while the plan is around. When Council designs this plan, they’re thinking about what kids need now and also what the community should look like when they grow up, so it’s a place they’ll enjoy, feel safe and supported, and be proud of.
