  • Proposed Deed of Novation and Variation

    Council is seeking feedback for the Proposed Deed of Novation and Variation to 190 Raby Road VPA. The exhibited draft seeks to deliver the required infrastructure to service the future community for works, land dedication and monetary contributions. Closes 14 January 2026.
