Camden Council intends to classify Lot 1 and Deposited Plan 1316142, 227 Macarthur Road, Spring Farm as Operational Land under Chapter 6, Part 2, Division 1 of the Local Government Act 1993.

In accordance with sections 31 and 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council must give public notice of a proposed resolution to classify public land for a period of 28 days.

Public exhibition of the proposed Operational Land classification commenced on 13 February 2026 with related submissions due by 9am 13 March 2026.
