Proposed Classification of Public Land | 4 Manlius Avenue Leppington

Camden Council intends to classify Lot 103 Deposited Plan 1275460, 4 Manlius Avenue Leppington as Operational Land under Chapter 6, Part 2, Division 1 of the Local Government Act 1993.

In accordance with sections 31 and 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council must give public notice of a proposed resolution to classify public land for a period of 28 days.

Public exhibition of the proposed Operational Land classification commenced on Friday 5 July 2024 with related submissions due by 9am Friday 2 August 2024.
