Julia Reserve Community Centre

LICENCE AGREEMENT

Camden Council proposes to grant a Licence to an organisation for the occupation and use of Julia Reserve Community Centre at 341E Oran Park Drive, Oran Park (part of Lot 7 DP 270899).

In accordance with section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, if Council proposes to grant a licence over Community Land it must give public notice of the proposal for a period of 28 days.

Public exhibition of the Licence Agreement commenced on Friday 9 September with related submissions due by 9am Thursday 6 October 2022.

LEASE RENEWAL

Camden Council propose to renew a Lease with Amplitel Pty Limited as trustee for the Towers Business Operating Trust for the continued occupation and use of part of Lot 92 DP 1121639, 222 Richardson Road Spring Farm.

In accordance with section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, if Council propose to grant a lease over Community Land it must give public notice of the proposal for a period of 28 days.
