Proposed Classification - 1 Ellis Lane, Ellis Lane
Camden Council intends to classify Lot 1 and Deposited Plan 1296681, 1 Ellis Lane, Ellis Lane as Operational Land under Chapter 6, Part 2, Division 1 of the Local Government Act 1993.
In accordance with sections 31 and 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council must give public notice of a proposed resolution to classify public land for a period of 28 days.
Public exhibition of the proposed Operational Land classification commenced on 7 May 2026 with related submissions due by 9am 4 June 2026.

Pursuant to Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given of the following proposed grant of easement over community land.
