Camden Council is calling for written Expressions of Interest for the occupation of office space at Narellan Library.

LEASE RENEWAL
Camden Council propose to renew a Lease for the continued occupation and use of land adjoining part of Lot 55 DP 816497, 52 Camden Valley Way, Elderslie.
In accordance with section 154 of the Roads Act 1993, if Council propose to grant a lease over road reserve it must give public notice of the proposal for a period of 28 days.

The purpose of the Licence is for the occupation of the 'Sesame Street Circus Spectacular' pursuant to Council approved Development Application 2021/1773.
