The draft 96 Rickard Road Voluntary Planning Agreement seeks to deliver the required infrastructure to service the future community. It is valued at approximately $992,000 for works, land dedication and monetary contributions.

The proposed infrastructure includes:

• Drainage land dedication and works;
• Monetary contributions towards future open space.
